Download the attached file into your Slade 3 folder. You can find Slade 3 here: http://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads

How to convert

Open the WAD you want to convert
Select the lumps you want to convert
Right click and select the GFX menu.
Then click Convert GFX to... to on the lump you want to convert(right click on any of the many lumps if you have multiple you want to convert)
For the Current Graphic, select the SRB2 1.09.4 pallete, and for the Converted Graphic, select the SRB2 2.0 pallete.
After that, click Convert All, and let it do its job!

And you are done! That was easy, wasn't it?

I just switch palettes in SLumpED and then export the graphics. I then switch back to 2.0 palette and import in.

I haven't ported anything yet. If someone would give me permission, I would port and release

It says this:

The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try Reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

Can someone give me a download link to the dll file above?
