It looks like a very good title, as unoriginal as this is going to sound, it looks like what Sonic 4, to me, should have looked like. Anyhoo, graphics are nice and retro, Sonic looks amazing, and the gameplay looks to be on point. Can't wait.

I highly enjoy the little things in this video that bring it all together, from the match cuts on editing used, to the specific clips of gameplay presented, showing off multiple gimmicks from the game such as the return of the gravity launcher whatever it is called seen at approximately 1:15 something which from memory hasn't been used since Sonic 3? And even the cute things such as noticing the island in the background is Sonic's head, and the drop dash adding a whole new type of flow to the game to keep the pace. I'm very much so excited to see where this might go.
