SEGA has billions of dollars in reserve, they could keep going for another 22 years without even doing anything. Where were you for Colors and Generations? Sonic never died.

Yeah, if anything those 2 games are what brought the series back up, maybe this nintendo partnership is what is best for them.
I think his voice actor died.
But last sonic game I've played was Colors and I didn't like it since It was too easy, Cleared it in like 3 days probably could have cleared it more If I didn't have to go to other places. Honestly, I have a feeling this is gonna be as hyped up as sonic colors was..I still Prefer Unleashed to this day.
Unleashed was good, but the formula was horrible, at least colors didn't fully focus on boost to win as it focus on platforming as well.
I still love playing it and I will always stick with Sonic Colors and Sonic Adventure as well.
Sonic Adventure getting old in my opinion, it is moderately losing it's fans as they are moving on to other things. Sonic Colors did have good gameplay but it was quite short like TTA said. Sonic Generations can be judged as in-between Sonic Unleashed and Colors as it brings back both gameplays.
I call Sonic Generations short as well. I liked it but didn't like it.
The good thing about this game is its not going to be on the PC version.
If they have billions, why arent they making good use of it? This was shown in Aliens CM and they lost a lot from false advertising. Sonic is no difference, you're forgetting that the middleman takes money away from Companies, SEGA is losing a lot from their stupid mistakes and are slowly succumbing to the harsh economy in America so sales are going to get lower, unless they make a game thats REALLY appealing and keeps up to date with the average person's gaming needs, they're setting themselves up for failure.
