SRB2 Except The Music Goes As Fast As You Do

This script is based on a Sonic 2 ROM hack "Sonic 2 except the music goes as fast as you do" by Clownacy. If you don't know about that ROM hack, it basically changes the music's speed (and also not pitch) to your character's speed.
