That eyes looks so wierd and unfitting :P
So you want no eyes on it? It's ok. Ill change it if you want.
That head looks kinda weird, also his (middle part) eyes does not reach his muzzle.
Personally, it looks more like Knuckles than Sonic to me.
You should put mad smile insterf regular smile like in vertertical sprite but the back sprite looks great!
