How do you host on SRB2 2.1?

I'm having trouble hosting on SRB2 2.1 there is no section saying "Advertise on internet" selection, HELP

Thanks, Also I had another problem, I have to repeat using the "connect" command.

The connect command actually sucks, just use the ms browser by pressing enter over room for join games. For IP connect you can also do it in Multiplayer menu.
