What operating system you got? or maybe some file could have possibly been corrupted?

Try the obvious reinstall!
Tough be careful to save your gamedata somewhere or you'll lose everything.

Why? why downloading a pre-full gamedata? The game isn't long enough and it's even worse with this thing!
Anyways, you tried the reinstall? If yes, did it work?

Sorry but i have a two computers and i still on the computer on which srb2 is working and i can't reinstall the srb2 on cumputer on which srb2 isn't working :P

Do you have a Skype user? I can give you the SRB2 via Skype. And the gamedata is not originally BlueCore's. I gave my own 160/160 to him about two months ago via Skype. =D

If you have one, delete the SRB2 folder. If you don't have one, manually delete all the files, and then get the installer again.

Oh i reinstalled the srb2 on computer on which srb2 was din't working and it helped and now it works on both computers ^_^
