Yes that does happen, for example Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance came out at least two weeks (I think) on demo before the full game was released.

The way sonic plays in FFZ 1 reminds me of Super Monkey Ball.

...Are you serious? Tails using a robot to assist Sonic? Why can't HE assist Sonic himself? Tails should've really keep ALL his moves from every recent Sonic game he was in including his moves from Sonic The Fighters, Sonic Battle, Sonic Adventure, Sonic Heroes AND Sonic 06! I mean, it's not even necessary for him to use a robot, it's a lot better if he himself helps Sonic but mostly with flying Sonic across the stage instead of it being too similar to a Super Mario Galaxy 2nd player star bit assistant.

And holy crap Sonic Colors 2 Player mode strikes again with different Sonics. I'm gonna call this game Sonic Colors 3 since Generations had the wisps again.

I want to play as Sonic, I mean the title is 'SONIC' after all.
I can understand peoples's disappointment about Tails though...
But seriously people, we've already complained about it in this thread MORE THAN ONCE, so if you are coming here to bash on the player selection, please don't.

I wasn't mad, I was just...Shocked about it a little. I was really only hoping that there's a chance to play as Tails for 2P again. Now I'm also hoping for Knuckles and Amy to be 2 Player playable characters. Or maybe Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy for 4 player multiplayer if it's confirmed. If 3 player confirmed, then it still wouldn't be a Sonic Heroes game as Tails uses that damn robot in Lost World. They could've just err...How do I put it? Something like the levels for Knuckles to pass. Just like Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
