    Hotel Lilac

    Summary:
    As part of the "New Lilac Series" This is the Hotel part of the city. It has a total of 14 floors, and a small outside area. The 13th floor has a little aesthetic surprise for you all, and in the future will include a special "something" to make it complete.

    I haven't touched it since v1.1 don't worry, I'll see what you have for me and then add my stuff after you're done. At this point the only things I want to add are water for the sink and toilet, and a little "something" to floor 13
