My friend told me this cool method on how to do this without jailbreak. At all.

NOTE: Some GBA roms may not work on the current GBA4iOS, but the 2.0 version might.

you could just have an Android (no money complaints plis, everyone is different) and actually install a GBA emulator from the play store instead of going to a third party website.
